Fair question, but of all the the people I listed, only Jivani has a regular recurring column. The rest are being published on an irregular basis. I think it would be incredibly strange for them to have started out in a national newspaper as freelancers and then be recruited for a thinktank.

Absolutely. I was thinking that with think tanks you have varying levels of involvement from staff to "advisors" who are basically just on paper.
